Who is nic-e shop?

nic-e Shop is the online sales brand for charging solutions related to e-mobility, as well as storage solutions and electromobile accessories.
The online shop is operated by Charge and Go Solutions OG (CAG Solutions), a company based in the Styrian capital Graz (Austria), which specializes in advising, planning and selling charging infrastructure and energy solutions – with a focus on electromobility – has specialized and is operated by the two long-term pioneers Martin BAUER and Stefan KOPEINIG.

How can I shop at nic-e Shop?

It is important to us that our customers can shop with us as easily and comfortably as possible.
Good support is also important to us and so it is very important to us to offer products and services from the shop that are tailored to the specific needs of the customer.

Can I also shop from outside of Austria?

We sell to all countries of the European Union as well as to Norway and Switzerland.
All countries that can be selected in the shopping cart or at the checkout are available.
If your country is not listed, simply send an email to office@nic-e.shop to simplify the ordering process and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

II am a customer from Switzerland, what should I watch out for?

We are very happy to be able to deliver our goods to customers in Switzerland.
It should be noted that from a customs and tax law perspective, we are dealing with a tax-free (net) export delivery.
That is why Swiss customers are shown the prices in the online shop tax-free (i.e. excluding Austrian VAT).
In addition to the shipping costs for deliveries to Switzerland, we also want to point out that for the goods (s) imported into Switzerland by the customer (the customer is considered an importer), the Swiss VAT (7.7 percent), as well as customs are to be paid.
As a rule, this is prescribed to the customer upon delivery or by notification in Switzerland – otherwise no special effort is necessary.

Order & payment

What payment methods are there??

In addition to the classic prepayment (called direct bank transfer), the shop also accepts PayPal, Klarna * (purchase on account / installment purchase) and credit card (American Express, Visa, Master Card).

Will my means of payment (credit card) be charged immediately?

All payment options are made by the respective payment service provider (external).
As a result, it is not possible to charge later. credit card accounts.
Therefore, please note that your credit card will be charged accordingly shortly after the purchase.
Of course, this does not change anything about your right to receive the goods, warranty or right of withdrawal.

If you only want to pay after receiving the goods, you can use Klarna invoice purchase *.

Are there any additional fees when paying?

There are no additional fees for you when paying in the online shop.
Please note that when paying in advance (direct bank transfer) it depends on your bank / credit institution whether payments to Austria are associated with additional costs.

Can I view my orders in the shop?

If you also opened a (free) customer account with your (first) order, your orders will be automatically linked to your account.
However, orders are also possible as a guest.

Can I shop tax-free from other EU countries (i.e. another EU country)?

If you as a trader have a valid VAT ID number (UID number), you can also shop tax-free in the shop.
As soon as the VAT ID number is entered in the field provided during the ordering process, the system automatically switches to tax-free, intra-community delivery.
Please note that a subsequent change of the invoice is only possible in exceptional cases and only within a short period of time, should you have forgotten the VAT ID number when ordering.

Shipping & return

How much are the shipping costs?

There are no shipping costs for shipments within Austria and to Germany. Exceptions are photovoltaic modules and feet for charging stations. The shipping costs for EU countries or to Switzerland or Norway can be found here: Shipping costs

Are there additional shipping costs for certain goods?

For particularly bulky goods such as. Battery storage or PV modules, additional shipping surcharges may apply.

How do I know when my delivery has been shipped?

As soon as the goods have left our warehouse, we will inform you in an automatic email, which also includes a tracking link for tracking the shipment.

Which shipping company takes care of the transport?

In Austria, all parcels / shipments are transported with the Austrian Post AG.
The partner logistics companies contractually agreed with the Austrian Post AG transport within Europe.
In Germany, for example, this is DHL.
Shipment numbers of Austrian Post therefore work, for example. also with DHL’s tracking.

How long do I have to exchange or return my order?

The applicable law stipulates that you can return your shipment up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. Please use our returns portal (see below).

How does the returns portal work?

With our returns portal you can easily and conveniently – and at any time – print your own return label in a few seconds and send your shipment back to us – of course free of charge!

How do I get product advice?

In the shop you will find an extensive guide to our products, as well as the opportunity to find the right product for your e-vehicle (charging station, charging cable).
In addition, we are of course always at your side with advice and action.

I have a problem with my product, who can I contact?

If your product has a technical problem, is incomplete or you have another, general question or need help, simply contact us.
We take care of your concerns and, if necessary, clarify this directly with the manufacturer.

Which product fits my vehicle?

We have assigned all of the products in the range to the most common electric vehicles, so you will never buy a product for your vehicle that does not work.

How do I have to secure my charging station / wallbox?

As with other electrotechnical products, the installation of a (mobile) charging station or wall box must be carried out by a licensed electrician or specialist in accordance with the applicable national regulations and standards.
You will receive from us all manufacturer information and, if necessary, recommendations for the optimal use or use of your product.
The electrician of your choice is responsible for the correct installation (protection) of your charging station solution.

If we take care of the installation, we work with appropriately qualified and licensed companies that guarantee the optimal implementation of your project.
