Frequently asked Questions

nic-e Shop is the online sales brand for charging solutions relating to e-mobility, photovoltaic systems, storage solutions and energy management systems.

The online store is operated by NEXT LEVEL ENERGY GmbH, a company based in the Styrian capital of Graz (Austria) that specializes in consulting, planning and sales of charging infrastructure, photovoltaic systems and energy solutions.

It is important to us that you can shop with us as easily and conveniently as possible.
Therefore, purchases are not only possible directly via the online store, but can also be made via e-mail to [email protected] or by telephone (+43 (0) 720 710 920).

If you are interested in a sales partnership, please contact us directly at [email protected] or visit our Reseller-Shop directly.

We deliver to all countries in the European Union as well as to Norway, Liechtenstein and Switzerland. Other countries, which can be selected under “CASH”, are also available.

If your country is not listed, you can send an e-mail to [email protected].
to enquire whether we can also offer delivery to your desired country.

From a customs and tax point of view, a delivery to Switzerland is a tax-free (net) export delivery for us.

For this reason, the prices in the online store are displayed tax-free (i.e. excluding Austrian VAT) as soon as Switzerland has been selected as the country of delivery.

The importer is the natural or legal person who placed the order. In addition to the shipping costs incurred, the importer must also pay Swiss VAT of 7.7% and a customs fee for goods imported into Switzerland.

As a rule, these costs are prescribed with the delivery or by means of a notice in Switzerland – a separate effort is therefore not necessary.

If in doubt, please contact us briefly by telephone (+43 (0) 720 710 920) or by e-mail: [email protected].

Order & payment

In addition to traditional prepayment (direct bank transfer), we also offer various digital payment options. You can find more detailed information on this under Shipping costs & payment methods.

At the end of the order process, the payment process is carried out directly by your selected payment service provider (external). If you would like to determine the time of payment yourself, please choose direct bank transfer.

If you would like to pay for your order after receiving the goods, please use Klarna invoice purchase. Please note that it is beyond our control whether Klarna accepts or rejects the requested purchase on account.

The time of payment does not affect your right to receive the goods, the warranty or your right of withdrawal.

There are no additional fees charged by us for the payment.

Please note that for payments via prepayment (direct bank transfer) it depends on your bank/credit institution whether payments to Austria are associated with additional costs.

You can open a (free) customer account before placing your (first) order. If you are logged in at the time of ordering, your orders will be automatically linked to your customer account and can be viewed at any time.

However, you can also place orders as a guest.

You can find your customer account under: My Account

Traders with a valid VAT ID number (UID number) can make tax-free purchases from us as part of an intra-Community delivery.

As soon as the VAT number has been entered in the field provided for this purpose during the ordering process, the system automatically switches to tax-free intra-Community delivery.

Please note that a subsequent change to the invoice is only possible in exceptional cases if you have forgotten to enter your VAT number at the time of ordering.
